Terms and conditions of sale

1. All goods and carriage are subject to the addition of V.A.T.
2. Claims for non-delivery must be notified in writing within 10 days of advice date.
3. Claims for damage or short delivery of goods must be made within 3 days.
4. Exchanges or goods for credit may be subject to a handling charge.
5. We reserve the right to alter the design or specification without prior notice and sizes are given for guidance only.
6. Payment terms are cash with order or C.O.D.
7. Special orders are subject to a 25% deposit and cannot be returned for credit. Cancellation may be possible, but we reserve the right to pass on all charges incurred.
8. Prices shown may be subject to change without prior notice.
9. All goods remain the property of the seller until payment has been made in full.
10. Where delivery is stated as included in the price this applies to mainland areas within a ten mile radius of Portsmouth. Deliveries to all other areas charged at cost.
